Core Healing is a privately owned and operated Massage Therapy Practice with Your Overall Well Being in Mind.
My name is Jessica Brown and I am a 2020 Graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME, a Maine Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist, and registered Vermont Massage Therapist. Throughout my training I have found my strength in Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage, providing a multi faceted session that penetrates deeply and connectedly to help realign muscle and connective tissue to help create space and fluidity in the body. . I am very in tune with the fact that nearly all of us have some chronic pain and aren’t living in our happiest bodies. My aim with this practice is to deliver the kind of massage that can help you to be happier and more comfortable within your own body by finding relief from what ails you in your physical day.
By utilizing a combination of techniques that suit your bodies’ needs I am sure that there is relief in sight through Massage. Some different techniques that can be utilized to soothe and relieve pain in your body are; Neuromuscular Technique, Myofascial Release Therapy, Stretching, Range of Motion, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage.
Core Healing is a mobile massage practice, now serving the Mount Snow Valley in West Dover, Vermont and surrounding areas. I bring healing and relaxation to you in your own space. There is nothing as serene as having a healing and relaxation experience and staying in that relaxed state of mind, instead of having to pull yourself back together and step back out into the hustle and bustle of the busy world outside.
